Fixed Bridges

A bridge is a fixed dental appliance that is used to replace missing teeth, maintain facial shape, prevent adjacent teeth from drifting and restores your smile.

The "traditional bridge" is usually made of porcelain fused to metal. This type of bridge uses two crowns attached to anchoring teeth (abutment teeth) with one or more artificial teeth between them. There are many types of bridges, and your Dentist will be able to tell you which type would be the best for your particular case. Modern dental bridges look like natural teeth, are strong and will last many years.
